In the last couple of months, Le-Nutra’s technical department had been working on the newly developed project of Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol, which has led to satisfying results. Made from food-grade corn starch and the whole process uses a fully automatic enzyme-catalyzed intelligent production system with a pure water extraction process. Our Myo-Inositol does not contain any heavy metals or chemical residues and it meets the quality standards of European and American countries. CEO Aimee Geng announced that this is a big step for Le-Nutra and also a promising result for company’s future development.


MI & DCI

The two most common types of inositol are MI (Myo-Inositol) and DCI (D-Chiro-Inositol). mi can be converted to DCI by liver enzymes (dependent isomerase). in the cells the giant majority is MI, about 99%.


MI is widespread in natural plant and animal cells and exists in free form, as a compound with phosphate or as an inositol phosphate derivative, and plays an important role in a variety of cellular biochemical reactions such as inositoltriphosphates (IP3), phosphatidylinositol phosphatases (PIP2/PIP3) and inositol glycans, and is therefore essential for They are therefore essential for participating in and maintaining the normal functioning of many cellular functions such as cell proliferation and apoptosis, peripheral nerve growth and function, osteogenesis and reproductive function.
